The best combo I've used for inflammation was cherries, and magnesium. Cherries have anti inflammatory properties, and magnesium relaxes muscles, and is very healing to the body. Dr. Teitalbaum has a supplement that contains boswelia, willow bark, which asprin was derived from, and cherry bark, all helpful with pain. See my article on inflammation. Looked up the ingredients, contains skullcap, oregano, and tumeric, all good for inflammation, some of the other ingredients, not sure of, those listed can be very hard on the stomach, says to take with a big meal, and water, make sure to follow those instructions to lesson stomach issues.
