No, never I am always calm and under control. I have no emotion. ;) ... Seriously though, crying and screaming are two completely different reactions to stress. Crying is often a biological necessity, like going to the bathroom. It needs to happen for your body to purge certain chemicals ... it may be necessary to wait to cry in private, but harm can result from suppressing tears for too long.
Screaming, on the other hand,can be a sign of lack of self control, which is a different matter entirely. (Sometimes a yell, or a scream can be an involuntary reaction to a sudden unexpected hurt or threat ... which is a different issue.) It may release tension in you, but only at the cost of giving it to everyone in ear shot. Now, we all have our breaking points, and for someone who normally has a lot of self control to scream ... well that may be indicative that something needs to change in the environment. But that person will feel very bad afterword, because they will see it as a failure on their part.
