Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the world and it gets men more than it does women. Whether that is due to health differentials, genetics, or the difficulty of dealing with women I don't know. The gap, however, in America at least, seems to be closing. It is believed in part this is due to Men choosing more healthy lifestyles and being more vigilant about monitoring heart health.
I'm completely kidding about women. They probably double our lifespans (or at least make them worth living).
