I just started making smoothies in an attempt to lose weight. How does this work, has anyone tried it?

Hmm I haven't thought of using acai. I will try that thank you
I'm going to try that shake, thank you so much. I tried to cut down on oily and sugary foods. Also I started to EA Active on my playstation 3 to keep my cardio in check.
The simple question, "am I eating to live or living to eat" is the phrase I repeat to myself when I am tempted to eat the bad stuff. It took me a good 4 weeks to get over the sugar and white flour cravings, but it does get easier with time :)
I will definitely check out your hub, thank you. So basically try to use pure products, and I'm going to look a little more into gaining muscle rather than fat. Thank you so much, great to hear from someone who actually tried it.
I do try to stay with all vegan, and organic products, but it doesn't always work out that way. Less than 1% of my diet has any casein in it. Lean muscle increases your metabolism and burns the fat. Building muscle may cause weight gain initially.
That's what my thinking was. I'm not trying to lose 100lbs, just trying to cut down on my sugar and calorie intake and get a better diet. I actually made my own this morning with banana, peanut putter, and yogurt.
