I like to stretch to strengthen my back, shoulders and legs but sometimes I don't warm up first is this ok? or should I do some cardio to warm up first to prevent injuries.

Thankyou for the advice. relating to you anwer and another question: I suffer from some injuries mine are from over use can this healed if I continually to have no rest.
While I'm stretching I feel so good, must be the rush of endorphins.
I wasen't sure if warming up with stretching was considered as a work out. thankyou
