dear, Insecurity is a mental thinking. Every one comes to earth alone.But in all walk of life we depend up on to father, mother,brother,sister, friends and this list will increase every day. As a social being our attachment is more. But some times, suddenly we feel insecurity. Why this?. The answer is vary. It may occur when your lover leave you, or sweet husband/wife leave you for few days, or your child left you for his higher studies. Such departure put you in loneliness, and it is slowly lead you to think insecurity.
How to escape from thought of insecurity is to engage with some work.Be busy be active always. If you don't have any work, read good joke books or try to stitch some thing know stitching. Go out for a evening/morning walk,visit relative/friends.If you do not have such people, be friends with some good people. To get friends, visit church, visit reading hall.
Another way to feel security is to visit hospitals, children's home, etc.and some charitable work.
