eat k oatmeal flakes,apples,granola bar

try to drink two cups of green tea in a day
eat 4 meals everyday
1 meal : oatmeal
2 meal :fruits
3 meal : anything u like

dont eat after 7 pm
and before every meal drink a glass of water.
