There is no general answer, as, if a person is urgently in need of a particular supplement due to insufficiency or disease, that one is critical.
That said, if a person is in general good health, but not attentive to diet, then a daily vitamin and mineral supplement takes care of the B complex, C, D, and A, as well as key minerals (calcium and iron in particular) is the best choice. These are slightly different products for men and women as women need more iron.
In normal cases, this should be sufficient. In rare cases (including mine, in the past) it was not. I could not absorb the supplement without adding a trace mineral supplement. So, if you are not feeling better, then further research into your own unique situation is necessary.
