The law of attraction is based on the principle that if you focus on on something it will come into your life.

Which means you should always focus on the positives instead of the negatives.

"I look like I'm losing weight" instead of "I still look so fat"

"I hope I get something nice in the mail today" instead of "Probably more bills in the mailbox"

    And most importantly:
"Today is going to be a great day" instead of "Today is probably going to suck like yesterday."

When you do get something good how do you feel about it? You need to have that same feeling and love as if you have it right now and you have to believe it. When you start getting doubts you need to push that aside and think all postitive thoughts.

Remember as well 1 positive thought is much stronger than 1 negative so if you have a negative thought as long as you catch it and have a positive thought you are moving in the right direction smile

I doubt very much that when the first person finally understood that the true workings of the law of attraction, that they actually intended for people to believe that all they had to do was thinking happy thoughts and all good things would come to them. I prefer the terms "laws of abundance" or "quantum intelligence", as they are much more accurate and their des read more
