Great insight. So very true- reaching your goals is not about taking drastic measures you could never maintain, it's about appropriate eating and exercising- as you said.
Also have your thyroid checked. Many people have low thyroid function, and don't even know it. The other symptoms, hair loss, being cold, tired, and weight gain. Tested for with TSH. See my article on low thyroid.
