For your physical health as well as mental health? Yoga, Walk, Hitting the Gym, Running, Cycling, Aerobics etc are some form I could think about for maintaining physical fitness. Anything apart from this ( I think there are many , though), you prefer? Meditation, Positive thinking, Relaxing are some options for mental happiness. What is your take here ?

Rebounding has significant positive effects on mental health! It reduces stress, anxiety and the cleansing action of the lymph system helps to maintain healthy brain function! It's a great stress reliever and mood booster!
