The best way to reduce risk of Diabetes is to have health Diet by making health food choices. Also getting involve in daily exercise for at least 30mins a day is very much important.

I believe eating a well balanced diet, not to high in sugar and carbohydrates, and maintaining a healthy weight is the way to go. (wish I could follow my own advise!)
