    Bread & Starches, pasta , rice and oatmeal, fish, seafood,chicken to name a few. Avoid any foods/drinks that will perpetuate inflammation like caffeine or alcohol.

    A good healthy diet for stomach ulcers should avoid foods that are:-

    spicy
    fried
    fatty
    tomato-based
    processed
    raw (e.g raw vegetables)

    Plus, avoid:-

    tea
    coffee
    alcohol
    fizzy drinks
    citrus fruits
    fruit juice

    And include vitamin-rich and mineral-rich foods (to help your body heal the ulcer) like:-

    low-fat lean proteins
    fish
    vegetables
    fruits (less citrus)
    whole grains
    low-fat dairy
    high-fibre foods (brown rice, oats, barley, etc.)
