What supplements do you take daily or on a regular basis and why?


Do you use supplements with success? If so what do you take and how does it work for you? I personally take Astragalus (now through spring to boost immunity for cold/flu season) I take a whole foods multi-vitamin and mineral supplement daily, I also take a Lecithin supplement to help with weight loss/maintenance and green tea. Others I use on an as needed basis like 5HTP for winter blues or stress and GSE for any illness/infections. I also do oil pulling daily now with coconut oil. All of these are successful for me. What do you use? share your thoughts :)
