Yes, a couple of times. It's quite a good program, but the portions are quite limited. I found slimmers world a good program to use. I don't know if WW still do the points system, but it meant weighing food and working out how many points - quite easy but easy to go down the slippery slope.
Nowadays I don't diet, and I don't really put on weight. I just eat when I'm hungry, stop before i'm really full, as I can always go back for more. If i'm not hungry I will skip a meal - this doesn't happen often though ;))))
