I had 2 c-sections and I learned from the first and a kind nurse. The more you move the less pain you will have. I know it seems strange but very true. So walk around your house gently as much as you can.
Make a cough pillow (several layers of baby blankets or dishtowels) and fold into a square maybe 18 by 18 inches--hold it tightly against the incision when you cough or sneeze...and it can make you feel more secure when you move around.
Hang in there, it will get better, just keep moving, slowly and gently, the more the better.
Also one other tip, no one told me about and I wish they had. Once the doctor gives you the okay, do something to get those belly muscles back.
Good luck and congratulations.
