Additionally, what are your daily calorie requirements to keep your body going and what is your running schedule?

When I am "training" for something like a half-marathon or marathon, 30-40 miles a week is the norm. During a regular running period 12-20 miles.

In terms of calories I wouldn't have a clue but on an average week I would run about 10 miles.
Maybe not an avid runner then. :(
