In two months or two years, it doesn't matter unless you get that psychology taken care of, you'll gain it all back. You're quite tall and all that weight probably doesn't look as bad as you think; especially if you're male. Do somehting magical for yourself (if you can afford it) and find the ideal psychologist or weight loss group that can help you overcome your use of food. Overweight people more often than not, have had a very toublesome childhood in which they've learnt to take pleasure from food since it could not have been achieved elsewhere.
So first get that taken care of and learn to admire your beautiful self for all your wonderful you---for just being. I know what I'm telling you, I'm your senior (in age) and have had problems with weight all my life. Three years ago I lost 23 kilos and I've gained back 10, but now I'm fine and happy. Whatever you decide to do, you need to add exercise--any kind you like (walking, swimming or the gym).
