How can you reduce the amount that you drink, if you drink every day?

Thank you for such thoughtfulness. You are so right, there is always much more to these things. I used to drink a glass or two of wine most nights, but having a baby changed all that. I am deeply grateful as I don't think I would have chosen it.

I do think that little by little can help. And the diet soda is one to consider. Aspartame, which is the sweetener is an irritant and got a friend of mine in some trouble!

I agree that slowly does it can help. For me it happened overnight, as I said above, when I got pregnant. But I know many people who wouldn't say they had a problem, but drink every day.
