Thank you BeyondGS! In your opinion, what is the best way for a beginner like me to get started? I am a yoga junkie but I want to start running.
The important thing is to know your limits and also improve. You have to start slow, but each time continue to build on your progress. Eventually you'll get to where you can jog/run and enjoy it. I have a hub for beginners too if that interests you.
