Experts agree that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to be healthy. However, most of us fails to do so. I usually drink less than needed out of no reason at all. I simply can't force my body to drink a full glass of water. How about you?

This is particularly true if you need to travel for long hours. Regularly drinking water may be a good way to stay attentive while driving but peeing every now and then will somehow ruin the trip.
It's really true for school teachers. If you can't leave kids unattended, you might have an accident.
