Ginkgo Biloba is the lead pill for memory, as far as I know. The other vitamin you could take is called a book. That is the best "natural" source of memory stipulation that you can obtain.

There is no need to take vitamins if you dont have a defficiency or don't eat healthy food. There are herbs that you can take for better memory indeed like Ginkgo Biloba or Bhrami.
