Grazing is an approach to eating that is seldom talked about or practiced by those who workout heavily. I am a scientist that study Nature and apply what I learn to medicine and to spirituality. Nature medicine is a very valuable approach to long, healthy living and top performance.
If one practice grazing, eating fruits, grains, nuts, whole wheat breads and honey, one will have energy available for any workouts.
Hydration is critical also, with water, juices and the eating of fruits (that contain water).
