Are You A Limitations Breaker or Setter?

I believe we set our own limits in everything we do, and unless we try to break through them we can't know our true limitations. Many people set their limits before they even try something - "I could never do that" being their excuse. Worse still are those who try to set limits for others - "You can never do that" is their advice. What sort of person are you?

Long maybe but highly interesting. I know we all have realistic limitations, and I don't see it as self-limiting to choose NOT do something you aren't suited to. You handle your own physical limitations heroically I think. Thanks.
