Thanks everyone for your answers. I do agree it's the "behaviors" more than people we tend to dislike, however to pretend that we like everyone I think can also be a bit dishonest. Keep in mind "dislike" is not the same as "hate". I do not ever waste my time nor do I believe it is healthy to hate anyone.
I can dislike someone and still compromise and work with them. I worked with one man in the past who was a terrible mysogynist. I disliked him as a person, he was demeaning and harassing, however - he was also very smart, had business savvy and was quite good at the art of persuasion. I can't say I admired anything about this pig of an individual, but I still worked to find something I could like in order to be able to work together in our job.
