If you want to build big biceps you've got to squat! Huh?! Yes... and you must deadlift; and work hard on your dips; and work equally hard on your chins...
In effect, you must build impressive strength throughout the rest of your body BEFORE you consider building your biceps!
For example: if you can't yet squat double body weight, or make chins with 30 kg tied around your middle, then biceps building will be a painful frustration. Get big first by employing the TRUE mass building exercises, i.e. compound exercises, such as the squat, the deadlift, the chin up and the dip... build impressive strength in THESE muscle building exercises, and big biceps won't be too far behind!
The easiest way to build your biceps is not to train them at all. Instead, get strong by hitting the above strength targets - build a solid foundation. Do THIS, and you will build an impressive physique along with impressive arms!
