I have decided to become a vegetarian. I have been looking on websites for tips on the lifestyle, meat substitutes, and such, and it seems that many of the tips on vegetarianism reflect a vegan lifestyle. While I won't eat dairy or eggs obsessively, I want to incorporate them in moderate amounts.. I thought I would find out more about the use of eggs and cheese in meals, but most of the writers concentrate on soy (which causes me health problems) and nuts, more like a vegan would. Any vegetarians or vegans who want to weigh in on this?
