I have done Weight Watchers which worked very well, but I don't have the time or $ now. Have you found tracking what you eat the best thing? I've started writing down what I eat each day. I hope this is enough motivation to keep up with the healthy eating and non overeating. etc. Thanks.

I have actually been drinking a huge glass of water first thing when I wake up, and it seems to cut my bloating and water weight. I find the number on the scale doesn't fluctuate as much.
