By thinking to myself that I am lucky to be where I am in life. By realizing that though my situation may not be the best at the moment it could be worse and I can make it better. If we realize that we make our own happiness then it is easier to become motivated. If we sit around a mope and procrastinate it is our own fault. We want to something to change or happen, then we have to believe that we can do it and go for it.
