I would say that the best overall body workout is swimming. It is a full body workout that will really burn calories. And it works every major muscles group all at once.

Swimming is the ultimate workout. I like to do water exercises in the pool as well.
I weight train, kickbox, cardio it out, and power walk. However, my absolutely favorite is hiking and rock climbing.
I personally prefer yoga and jogging.
It keep me healthyy .
Daily 30 minute jogging and 1hour yoga practice.
I haven't tried yoga yet, but I'm going to because it's supposed to relax you as well as toning the body.
I love P90X, it is a challenge but I feel great and I know I am working out areas that I might not normally be focusing on.
For my upper body, push ups are great. For lower body, I have found jogging to be a great toner.
I love to be outside running. There's no better feeling if you want to experience being one with the wind and all the nature around you.
