Some days are dark and rainy, now that it is winter. Do you feel sad some days looking out at that? I need to cheer myself up some days! I wondered if other people get that feeling too.

Thanks for sharing about your own family here, my friend. I am going for a walks a few times a week but going to make an effort to ramp that up. Even the little Vitamin D we get is likely helpful!
