Alzheimer's disease seems to be growing not only in awareness but in the number of people having it and dying from it. Even without having full blown Alzheimer's, more and more are suffering from dementia and its different forms. What are some supplements and other things people can do to help avoid Alzheimer's disease and other brain problems like dementia? What can be done to help lessen the "plaques" we hear that build up in the brain?
