Physical activity is good for everyone but people have different reasons for starting and maintaining an exercise program: general health, sport specific training, body shape and size, illness prevention, etc. Why do you exercise?

Getting and staying strong is also high on my list of reasons to exercise. It can also be empowering especially martial arts (at least for me). People are stronger than they think they are and can also be stronger than they look.
Entirely agree. However, it can cause a bit of an ego. Though I've never taken classes in it, Judo is what I'm interested in trying.
