What is your level of interest in learning how to give a reflexology foot massage?

Great stories and experiences. I agree that 'Everyone can benefit from understanding reflexology' and made a video hub of instruction on the first part of giving a session. Any comments like yours on the hub would make it even richer for the readers.
I would love to know where exactly to press for menstrual cramps. Would you share? Thank you.
Right around the arch of your foot. It is slightly different on everyone, so you have to feel for it. Between the arch and the ball of the foot.
If there is any more about this, I would love to know also as I will be making a second video of instruction on reflexology to follow-up the just-published hub. With permission I would mention it or link to you if you have a hub that tells about it.
I have not written about it and have never seen anything written on it. I just massage the area until it quits hurting. I have shown my daughter the same way. Perhaps you can find someone who is having cramps and experiment a little.
I will 'experiment' with Kati! She is highly sensitive and knows her own body well. Very cool about the savvy old chiropractor. I went to one of those for a time. They seem to be coming more and more rare.
Beautiful! Thumbs up to this and other comments. In Hana, Maui, I gave volunteer reflexology in the senior center and relate to the experience. Would like to know more about yours... maybe on the site just published?
I found this video. Maybe it can help you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvxBwqhwXzY
Becky, I clicked the link and watched the video. Very nicely done. It had not occurred to me that someone else might have put out video instruction. Sheesh. I see a note from HP that your comment is awaiting moderation. Will link to video from hub.
Wonderful that it has been beneficial to you and your husband. Thank you for answering!
Manatita, this is marvelous. Last week I stumbled upon a site offering overnight pads. I wrote, but haven't heard back. They are in America. A European source would be helpful, to not have issues in customs. Can you give that info by email?
Do not remember the name and cannot find them. They were japanes detox pads. I have had a look and Amazon sells different ones. Mines also came with nice cards of all the reflex points on the feet. Be aware that some say they do not work.
Thank you for answering. Yes, after finding the patches on Amazon, I see what you are saying, the results are mixed. It would be an experiment.
