Wow, I feel so sorry for you. Weak tea, and dry crackers is what helped me. Flat ginger ale also helps. I hope you consulted the physician, it could be something else, such as the flu. Sip the tea slowly. Apple slices, sour variety, in small nibbles, peppermint candy, also helps. Just read up on morning sickness, b-6, and magnesium are also suppose to help. Consult your physician, because you're prenatal vitamin, should have those vitamins in it already. I wish you well, hope it helps.
