There recently was an actual trial that was ran on Raspberry ketones to help burn fat. A natual supplement, combined with CLA to increase metabolism. A fairly cheap, but effective supplement. Among the other recommendations are increase water intake, and fiber. Obviously increase activity as well. I follow Jillian Michael 's work out videos.
