What Are Some Health Benefits Of Eating Chocolate?
Is Chocolate Healthy For You? What Are Some Health Benefits Of Eating Chocolate?
My benefit of eating chocolate is that it soothes and satisfies my craving for it! I'm a Type II Diabetic and control that little setback with herbals rather than main stream diabetic medicines. I also stick reasonably close to accepted diabetic diets. However, when it comes to chocolate, although I'm not a chocoholic -- I sometimes crave it and when I do I indulge myself. Therefore, I consider chocolate a source of peace of mind and pure pleasure which is a healthy benefit for anyone!
Dark chocolate, stimulates dopamine in the brain, the everything is alright neurotransmitter. It also stimulates estrogen hormone production, that's why we crave it when aunt flo comes for a visit. (just a note to the gentlemen, Chocolate makes everything better) Hershey kisses always tame aunt flo, just trust me on this one. As well as pecans, flaxseeds, soy, and wild yam. Not as tasty, but still the same affect.
Among the other health benefits, contains anti oxidants, helps with a cough, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the risk for heart problems, and cholesterol. It's no wonder we crave it.
I'm not talking the cosmic, blowout chocolate mousse with everything on it supreme, just some plain dark chocolate.
Chocolates are energy providers. I had gone to a mountain climbing activity in the past and one of the expert that was with us shared me this idea. He always has chocolates when he goes for mountain climbing.
Apart from all the myths that we know about consuming chocolates, it is with a great shock that consumption of chocolates helps to strengthen your heart because of the antioxidants present in the same.
I've read some researches that it's good for our teeth because it makes teeth stronger. And it's not true that it makes us fat. I love chocolate and I eat them everyday and as far as I am concerned, I am not obese or overweight but my teeth has become stronger. And honestly, I never had the need to go to the dentist to have my tooth pull out.
I recommend dark chocolate because it has the following benefits:
1. It stabilizes blood sugar level. It is good for type II diabetics.
2. It has the effect of calming one down. If you are under stress or nervous, a piece of chocolate will help
3. When you are extremely hungry, 1 to 2 pieces of dark chocolate will enhance your hunger tolerance and eventually your crave for food will be less and you will end up eating less. Good for those who want to lose weight.
chocolates are always yummy!!!!
It will satisfy our mind and heart too...after knowing the facts that eating chocolates actually maintains heart health by maintaining our arteries.
Also, researchers have found that eating chocolates reduces 40% chances of cancer in women.
Preferably dark chocolate can reduce blood pressure. There are current studies on the matter. This regards people diagnosed with hypertension. Cocoa beans have some antioxidants in them too. In my opinion, chocolate provides that warm, fuzzy feeling which is creates a healthy emotional state.
Everything in moderation though. Too much of anything is good for absolutely nothing!

If you had the power to change one thing in our world what would that be?Think carefully before answering as any inane, pathetic and lame answers will be ridiculed and laughed at appropriately. If you could make one change in the world what would that change be. Would it be to make all food free...
