One, certainly, is miso soup from Japan. A light broth, some onions, scallions or garlic, other vegies, tofu, or leftover rice if you like. Then pour some broth into the boil and add miso. This adds live probiotic organisms. Flavor with tamari (Japanese soy-only soy sauce) and a little rice vinegar.
Good for the digestion, and shown to reduce rates of breast cancer and stomach cancer. I start my day with it - time for some now!
