Finally a question about which I have real life experience. If I simply describe the opposite of what I have done most of my life, I should have a very good answer.
1. I want to be a transparent person. In my close relationships I should have no fear of revealing the true me, with all of it's weirdness and eccentricity and even moral failure. This point includes honesty.
2. I want to be a loyal person. If I expect others to be there for me, I need to be there for them in good times and hard times, even when someone lets me down.
This is the essence of unselfishness.
3. I want to have pure motives in my relationships. Whether it is a relationship with a woman, or a friendship with anyone else, I should have no hidden agendas.
4. The last one is still a mystery to me. Love. At this point it is simply an aggregate of the first three points.
These are extensions of the four absolutes upon which I base my life. Honesty, Purity, Unselfishness and Love.
