My legs are my weakest muscle group. I always start with the incline and have always recommended my fitness clients to start and strive for the highest incline possible. I feel more muscle contraction in my calves than my hamstrings. I do feel my core and the muscles on my upper thigh that protect my knees. Curious - where muscles do you feel predominately when you are on the treadmill? Do you always use the incline?
