    I've tried spirulina- it's an interesting concept for a food although I had it within a protein drink. Seemed very gentle on the stomach

    Keeping a low fat diet is actually a myth. Essential fatty acids, especially Omega-3s, are especially important for every single cell in the body, and it actually helps lower body fat. There has been too much scientific research on this.
