Does drinking lots of water really help you lose weight?


The one recommendation I see that most diets share is drinking lots of water. Does water really help you lose weight? How?

    actually, salt consumption makes you retain water and put on water weight. water in itself will just be excreted

    the amount of water a healthy person must drink to hurt themselves is 18 gallons per day - hard to do.
