Last week, I had a bowling tournament and it went really bad. I trained three times a week and I really saw my improvements, but during that time, it was like I didn't even improve. I knew it was because I was tensed and anxious that I lost focus. In two weeks, there will be another tournament and it's a very big one. I don't want the same thing happening again.

You're right. That's what I keep telling myself: I should enjoy, never look at my scores and forget the bad shots I did. I just get very conscious easily. I have a very low self-esteem. But Thank you. Your answer will definitely help. :)
