I always look for the humor in a situation. I can usually find something to laugh at. Laughter helps ease the stress, if only for the moment, that's good enough for me!

I can't find the stress balls either! I guess we could always make our own...fill a balloon with sand and tie it off. Presto a stress ball.

People are familiar with going to a Reiki practitioner for help. But, it is important as a practitioner is to do regular self-Reiki - a whole treatment can be done. Chronic illness is a great reason to get attuned, at level 1 you can help yourself.
