I eat healthy, I don't count calories and I snack one day a week to have a balance.
I go to gym 4 times a week, I invest time in my social life, I don't work too much, I avoid stress and I sleep 10 hours a day.
Being Bipolar makes me monitor myself on a daily base to avoid any crisis and to live stable and happy. To be conscious about your health is much more than monitoring your food.
No drugs, no alcohol and no heavy partying is also a way to stay fit and healthy and I don't find it difficult to live my life a balanced way. Feeling fit and strong is wonderful!
