Are you still afraid of the dark, even after being grown and require a night lite? I was always terrified of the dark when a child and even into some adult years for some reason, until I developed that personal and intimate relationship with the Lord, and so I now just pray and sleep in complete peace in the complete darkness : ) If so, how did you overcome your fears, if you have? Thanks for answersing

Hi Jackie, oh, wow, that is awesome! What a neat thought, darkness being a blanket, as a sort of protection. I appreciate the interesting answer. I know a house full of boys would make one feel safe no doubt! : )
Give me time to finish! lol You are so fast!
LOL, I didn't even see the email, but just happened to check my questions under my account! Oh, now, I do not even want to go there about the snakes! Yikes . . . me too!!!
You know how you read about living in apartments or anywhere there is shared sewage these snakes can go all through there and oh that creeps me out! I have my own septic but I still do not trust it. I saw a long black snake few days ago out back!
Oh, me, I would be so terrified if one every got into my house. I have heard about such happening! I don't know why they are saying your comment is spam, and I hit the "it is not spam" button? LOL
I noticed when I put the last one it said waiting for approval, but thought it was a new thing. Don't know what would be spam about me. lol Yeah I have always been squeamish about snakes. I could probably climb a wall if hemmed in by one!
Since we have moved to the country, I haven't seen any, but I know they are there, and I would just die if I ever saw one!
I have lived here over ten years and it is the first I have seen, but my dear cat Lilly is almost 19 and doesn't hunt anymore and I know it would kill her if I got me a new cat so guess I have to get mothballs which I have read they don't like.
I've heard about the moth balls too to keep away chipmunks, etc. We seem to be overrun with them, especially since my dog was killed, as she would chase them off. We may need to write a hub about all of this. LOL : )
Yeah, or a book and if I keep getting spammed it might be x-rated. lol
LOL I hear you!!!
Hi Mekenzie, thanks so much for answering. Yes, I need it completely dark now, but had been afraid for a long time. That is an important fact there about making sure we do go into that very deep and restful sleep, which is so necessary!
Hi Darksage, thanks for answering. Yes, that is a good point about one's imagination, and not the dark! Excellent points here. I appreciate you sharing.
Hi livinggood, thanks for answering. I understand completely what you are saying about it not being the dark but what lies in the darkness. God bless.
Hi Sunshine, thanks for answering. Yes, I have done that too and it is a big ouch to my big toe! We do have night lights throughout the house, if we need to go into the kitchen for anything during the night.
Good to know there, residentstone. ooohh I'm shivering now .....NOT : )
Well, as long as God has my back, me neither..Not! ;0)
WICKED, WICKED MAN!
Most assuredly NOT ; 0 ... Funny depiction there of satan, who you may have disappointed by that ridiculous depiction of him there... Funny sense of humor, I must say. God bless you.
Hi LensMan999, thanks for answering! Yes, me too, for now it must be completely dark in my room before I can go to sleep. Thanks for sharing here.
