Thanks for your comment. I do love my sweets and salty and I don't always prepare my snacks for what is best for me, I reach for what is convenient. Not always the most healthy for me.
I am the same lesliebyars. I don't have a sweet tooth at all but crisps seem to call my name from the cupboard!
That's when I go running for the water and nakd bars :)
That's my problem, I know what to do, I just don't always choose wisely. :)
Some research you might want to read Bob is on the dopamine and its pleasure effects is to blame for lots of late night cravings. Has to do with stress and fatigue, also TV etc makes it worse. Been awhile since i last read updates on it.
Sometimes I find myself just snacking for no reason, maybe out of boredom or if something is bothering me. My favorite is sour cream and onion chips. I have shamefully been known to eat a whole bag. It is just something I struggle with.
