I spend too much time on facebook. I like to read. On a good night, I like to write 5 things that I am thankful for in my gratitude journal. It helps me sleep fall asleep faster.

Before going to sleep, I look at comedy on television. Say my prayers then head for bed.Sometimes I do light reading which pushes me to sleep.
I like to listen to various sounds like rain, beach noises, and summer sounds. Zen music is pretty relaxing as well.

I do the same thing! I love rain sounds & rainforest sounds.
