Yin is my absolute favorite type of yoga, but I haven't met many people who have done it or understand it. I find it challenging and it relaxes me so much. I go about 3 times a week, it's not a calorie burner but I just feel better.

I used to do yoga. I even tried yin yoga. I loved it! I can't wait for the day when I can get back to doing yoga. I just don't have the time for it now.
