Everyone can improve their day by doing good inspirational things such as listening to music at the beginning, doing a prayer, working out, reading good articles, talks, funny things, sleeping--if you need rest, eating if you are hungry. Basically taking care of your needs but adding a little extra. Now if you are having a bad day, for example someone hurts you, cry it out and walk way. If its a bad situation walk away from it and let it go. Find a friend or neighbor to help out-just stay busy doing good things. Doing positive littte things along the way will make it a great day. Do find ways and reason to laugh and smile.
